Enough was enough. Karrina thinks back to the last words she heard from her late grandfather and the envelope she received from him. Fueled by the contents, she packs her bags and prepares to leave the city behind in favor of a small town where nobody knows her name.
Sebastian has one goal in mind: Leave Pelican Town. Sure, it meant leaving his friends and his mom behind, but he'll find a way to see them after. All he can think about is making enough money to buy an apartment in Zuzu City. But, life might demand something new for him.
Life can be stressful, and all you need is to look at the lake. Sometimes, you leave your room to smoke your problems away, but you never expect to find another person there.
