Vivienne Thatcher wanted a simple life. One where you go to work and come home. Simple, calm, and predictable. That, however, changed when she was assigned James "Bucky" Barnes as her boss, once the Winter Soldier, now a freshman Congressman representing Brooklyn.
Bucky Barnes never asked for an assistant, nor did he want one. How hard could it be on his own? Bucky soon finds out Congress is something HYDRA never prepared him for. What they also didn't prepare him for is a 21st-century woman who is not afraid to take charge.
