A few years after the Second World War, and it was during the early years of the North western Railway. Things seemed to be going fine for the sudrians only for the Soviets to launch an attack on the Island in an attempt to take it over. Now James The Number 5 along with his Crew, Phill and Felix must survive the eternal hellhole and find all their friends and loved ones who had survived. He gets leased by a German woman to run a line in her home country. There Sodors number 3 faces new challenges, meets new engines and some even become his friends. But one day the power station suffered a system failure and it caused the chemicals to leak out of the power station and spread all over Sodor infecting engines and people.
