🌈 Everything I Never Said Out Loud 🌈 💌 a poetry collection by Skye Gillespie I can't always tell people what I wish to say. But I also can't stay silent forever holding my pain to myself. So this is the perfect balance for that. This book will never be popular enough for tons of reads, but maybe one person will find it and feel less alone. I guess It's like my way screaming into a void. This is a collection of all the words I never had the courage to say to people. 🏳️🌈 Poems about queer love. 💔 About broken families. ♾️ About growing up differently. 🌙 About the noises in my head, the aching in my chest, and the way grief lingers in quiet rooms. 🩹 About healing, heartbreak, and the endless search for a home - in others, and in myself. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls.
