Ignorance

It started with just a smile of a mother's eyes. The there was a fire, and the smiles turned to frowns, then evil grins, and back to depressed agonized twisted expressions. From that point on, the only smile was in her eyes. The deep sea blue angelic eyes that said it all. Except nothing could be said to change what had happened.
