During Mission 909, Retro City is in a whole corruption with the Badger Clan, ruled by Fillapec, and the remains of society is very limited and shady. Fillapec and his forces have confiscated the realm of the Electrics and the Team has been needing a superior motive and team to reassure the restoration of the city's publicity is implemented. DM The Raven is set on this mission to meet up with a few teammates known as Horizon Hundred, Zap The Raven, Thunder Wave, Nyanz, and Roxy The Badger, who is at first seen as an enemy, but reassures her ways with the Electrics, and joins sides with the good, rather than her father's evil secretaries.
DM achieves the more upgraded Electro Raven suit on arrival in the Electrics HQ in Downtown, Retro, and DeeDee achieves the rights of having the same gear, just with modifications with an additional Thunder Shockwave. Together the four rescuers of Retro City are well-trained, well-prepared, and well-known as the Elite Electrics by taking action against Fillapec's forces and bringing his team to a forceful end in operation of their EMP Blast.

After Mission 999, DM The Raven was sent on a secretive task to locate the Clues to Bird Cyclone's Raid on Cyber City as the Bird Academic Forces were slowly degrading into populated area scanners. And with most of the Materials owned by the Swirl Initiative, the Bird Academy itself as a whole remained low on the defensive side and wasn't cosmetically capable in empowering their troops. After being captured from one of the Swirl Initiative Ambassadors, DM is trapped inside a Laser Beam Container and eventually breaks free, but then realizes the forces are weak and he has to assemble his own group, unfortunately finding out that he's gonna need them for limited times throughout the mission itself.
