Upon the machinations of the Unseen Great Ones, a new universe is created, and they ascend to a different plane of existence in order to avoid harming the fragile new universe.
After eons, the birth of the Outer Gods is approaching- unbeknownst to humankind.
The Outer Gods control the fates of all, yet one man in particular- Goni- Challenged one of the Outer Gods, Nyx, the Goddess of Despair.
Sustaining a mortal wound, Goni nearly gives up, which is when Nyx decides to poison his older sister, Gaia, with Ethereal Drain- A deadly disease that slowly chips away at the life force of the host via ethereal cannibalism.
And the only cure to Ethereal Drain?
A potion that every alchemist dreads even the thought of- The "Veneni Levaminis Elixir".
It is a unique concoction that has only once been made in the past by a man, who goes by the name "The Legendary Theovales".
Goni vows to become the strongest alchemist in order to cure his sister- And possibly billions more.
Will he prevail? Or will he fail?
