Sarah and her friends thought they were just going on a fun hike, but things take a dark turn when their car breaks down on a quiet, foggy backroad. As the sun goes down, the forest gets freezing cold, their phones lose all signal, and every little noise in the dark starts to sound like something watching them. Terrified, they decide to leave the car and walk down the road to look for help.

As they keep walking, they suddenly realize something that makes her blood run cold; their panic, none of them actually tried to call for help, yell out, or signal anyone.
