Dear Nobody

Dani gets to therapy twenty minutes early every week. Not because she wants to. Because if she doesn't, she won't go at all. She sits in the same chair. Avoids eye contact. Says just enough to seem fine.
Across the waiting room, another girl does the same.
They don't talk. Not really.
But when scribbles start appearing in Dani's notebook, left behind by someone else, something begins to change.
It's not a love story. Not at first.
It's a story about thinking you know who you are. And then meeting someone who quietly, accidentally, asks you to think again.
