May is many things; a Month, a change, spring. But it's one month out of twelve that focuses on mental health. Which is dumb in a sense because why only focus on mental health in ONE month. In 2024, the estimation for amount of suicides is 730,000. Just under a million. It's now 2025, were halfway through the year and there has been JUST under 450,000 suicides reported. Some people think May helps people cope with their Mental health and while that may be true for some, others have to handle the backlash of their own thoughts. Is May really a Month anyone enjoys?
