Dory Monroe is a Kook, living on the richer side of the outerbanks. Her parents are strict, and she's sick of playing by the rules.
Until she finds out that not playing by the rules gets her in some major trouble, but the thrill of it is what keeps her going. she hangs out with the Pogues even though she shouldn't, and as time flies, she's left trying to figure out who she is without ruining everything around her with her so-called enemy and the pogues by her side.
Will she be able to overcome these circumstances? or will she continue to be destructive?
