The redhead kneels beside him, her eyes narrowed, scanning the figure who just dominated them both.
"She's not like anyone we've faced," the redhead mutters, voice low and cautious. "There's fire in her. Not just powers... something darker."
Bucky's gaze lingers on the faint red glow fading from her skin. "She hesitated... at the end. Like she didn't know what she was doing."
The redhead glances at him sharply. "That hesitation-could be a crack. Maybe we can use it."
But even as they exchange looks, she's already turning away-vanishing into the shadows.
