In this world of vampires, humanoids, shifters, and other astounding creatures, there are constantly conflicts arising. One race always has a problem with another but so far they have all been peaceful with one another. However, a evil is arising that they haven't seen in over a thousand years. Will they defeat the new evil? Or will they be defeated by the onslaught of the terrifying creatures? One unlikely hero will have to save them....
Avery has been a slave and forced into being a underground fighter since she was a child. She knows nothing of her past or who she is except her name and that her mom sold her when she was a baby. However, Avery is destined for much more than she thinks and her heritage and bloodline play a huge role in her journey. But will she be able to be the warrior she was always destined to be or will it be too much pressure?
