Mr. Jin agreed to take care of a friend's son, not expecting that his friend would pass away unexpectedly, leaving the boy orphaned. The boy is renamed Jin Zhao. Three years later, Mr. Jin's wife, Ms. Jiang, becomes pregnant and gives birth to a daughter named Jin Mu.

The names "Zhao" (朝) meaning "morning" and "Mu" (暮) meaning "evening" symbolize the relationship between day and night, reflecting a timeless bond that persists despite their separation.
