This 4th of July, the town of Gravity Falls will burn... and no one will escape.

Wendy Corduroy's summer should be filled with fireworks, fun, and her girlfriend Julie by her side-but a sudden, horrifying premonition shatters everything. She sees a catastrophic accident at the town's Independence Day celebration, one so gruesome and chaotic that only a handful of friends survive.

At first, the survivors think they've cheated death. But something far older and far darker is at work, stalking them through the streets of Gravity Falls. One by one, friends and foes alike meet their end in shocking, violent, and often ironic ways-trapped by collapsing structures, torn apart by mechanical failures, or caught in the supernatural chaos that this town is famous for.

As the body count rises, Wendy and Julie realize that escaping is only the beginning. Haunted by grief, terror, and the relentless inevitability of fate, they must face a nightmare that's as inescapable as it is incomprehensible.

Gruesome. Darkly humorous. Heart-stopping. And utterly unstoppable.

Only two girls stand between survival and annihilation-and even they may not survive the next explosion...
