When the elusive and enigmatic Dazai Osamu is sent by the Armed Detective Agency to investigate Hydra's growing influence in Japan and beyond, his mission leads him to the heart of New York City. Operating in the shadows, Dazai blends into the bustling chaos of the city, silently observing and subtly sabotaging Hydra's schemes-all while keeping a mysterious distance from the Avengers.
