She wasn't looking for anything - just miso. Still in her scrubs, hair messy, body humming with post-shift exhaustion, she only stopped at Waitrose to grab something quick. What she got instead was a stranger. Tall. Warm-eyed. Too beautiful to be real. He handed her a jar from the top shelf and smiled like it meant something. She didn't even know his name. Two days later, she saw him again. Aldgate. A crowd. His voice threading through the noise like a memory she hadn't meant to keep. Still, he didn't see her. And she didn't call out. Because what do you say to someone who was never supposed to matter - but does?

"Sometimes, it takes losing everything to find the one person who makes you whole again." Mingyu woke up in a hospital bed, haunted by the weight of a shattered past and consumed by an unbearable emptiness. Life had lost its meaning, and the thought of moving forward seemed impossible. But just when he had resigned himself to the void, a stranger entered his life-a person with a light so radiant that it pierced through the darkness he had wrapped himself in. Through gentle words and unwavering presence, they slowly helped Mingyu piece himself back together. They taught him to smile again, to hope again, and, most importantly, to love again.
