Wojciech, a HSOS6 member is MIA, his co-workers nor anyone knows where he is. He was last seen with Tsukishiro Yanagi, and Asaba Harumasa on a mission in a Companion Hollow when a large Ethereal assaulted the team, seperating them.
The public suspected them of the murder of Wojciech, Yanagi and Harumasa were put on probation. Further investigation disproved this theory and the search for Wojciech was still ongoing.
However, despite their best efforts, Wojciech is nowhere to be found.
No evidence of the death of the man has never turned up, nor any evidence of Wojciech leaving the Hollow. Thus the HSOS6 and the N.E.P.S had declared Wojciech to be KIA, whether that being killed by an Ethereal or sucumbing to the elements.
