Klance AU, but where Keith is mute.
A little bit of context about me: I used to be selectively mute in school, so I always seeked out stories where one of the main characters was mute aswell and could relate to my life and struggles. It felt soothing seeing someone who went through the same things as me and I figured it would help other people aswell to know they're not alone and that there are people out there who can relate, favorite characters who have similarities to one and perhaps just having a way to cope with their situation, their life and their struggles, by reading a story with a narrative told by someone who is in the same boat... or at least a not to far away boat.
To make it clear, I write this story for anyone, mute or not, I want people to see this story and enjoy it.
I do not own Voltron or any of the Characters.

These are honestly gonna be focused on Lance. I wrote these when I was like 12/13, so there will most likely be quite a few mistakes lol This book was really just a venting place for me since Lance was (and still to this day) a huge comfort character for me, but, of course, I can't speak for everyone's experiences with all the subjects I wrote about! Keith was in and out of the hospital for all of his life. He often snuck out of his room to wander the halls in an attempt to stifle his boredom. When he was ten years old, he found a boy in a coma-and he happened to be around his age. He would often talk to him about his day and bring him toys. But one day, the boy was gone without a trace. Lance was nine years old when he was in a major car accident. His injuries were extensive and he was put into a medically-induced coma. When he woke up, he recovered fully and returned home. Writing The Tides
Keith is a university student and aspiring writer. The only problem is, he's been struggling with writer's block since basically the dawn of time. Or at least since second semester started. The teacher likes him at least, and accepts his insanely depressing stories off as "experimenting with emotions". But this semester, things are buckling down. Not only will the class be doing short stories pertaining to certain prompts every other week, but their final, given to them on the first day back, is a completed, not so short, story all inspired by whatever word they draw from the pile. And with Keith's luck, his word is the thing he hates most: the ocean. So in the midst of trying to figure out what exactly he's gonna do with all this "idiotic bs", he might have stumbled upon a whimsical aquarium, and a cuban hearthrob who might've ended up being Keith's writing muse. When the Stars Aligned
After the war ended and peace was brought to all the universe. It had been years since the end of a war filled past and now it was time for everyone to finally move on all except for one paladin who still clung to his past. Lance had been spreading the legacy Allura left behind when she passed and never had a day passed where he didn't miss her, but a dream reveals he needs to move on and live his life. Unsure of what to do he remembers when a certain moody mullet head confessed his love the same night he confessed his love for Allura. Determined to see whether those sparks still glimmered for him he decides to speak with Keith about a past left untouched. When the anniversary of Allura's passing came around he decided that was the best time to reconnect but who would've thought that the stars refused to align when Keith was found injured and unconscious with a beautiful stranger by his side. Will Lance ever find out if Keith still fancies him like before? Why was Keith injured and who is this stranger who won't leave his side? (I know this fandom is long gone but I rewatched Voltron several weeks ago before they removed it off Netflix. I forgot how much I loved it and how we were deprived of Keith and Lance ever being together so I decided to create this story. Keith and Lance had been friends most of their lives. When Keith came out to Lance as gay, Lance had run a mile and their friendship ended. A years later Lance realised he was attracted to both boys and girls, but he only told his two friends Hunk and Pidge because his girlfriend, Allura, is anti-gay. They are all now halfway through their second year at college and Lance finds he can't stand Allura anymore. She is nasty and self-absorbed. To make matters worse, he finds himself in all the same classes as Keith, except one. Lance wants his friend back as more than just a friend. On the day he dumps Allura, the unexpected happens. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the back story of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork. I used google translate for any Spanish and Japanese used in the story, so blame me if it's wrong.
