Hydra took control over her, they used her. When they fell, Violeta decided to do some good. She fought alongside the Avengers, she was by Bucky's side as well. 

Then it clicked, maybe she doesn't want this life anymore. She wanted something normal, simple, her own. 

Florida. 

It was sunny, hot, and bright. She also did the last thing she expected to do. Fall in love. 

But, he left. 

And she began to spiral, she worked under Valentina. Throwing herself into the one thing she swore off.
