In Grimeswood, salvation is preached from the pulpit-but what lurks behind the church doors is anything but holy. At Oakdale Christian Academy, Indigo tries to walk the righteous path- tangled in temptation, questioning everything she's been taught. But then again, temptation has a way of creeping in, soft as a whisper, sharp as a sin.

Beneath the hymns and hallelujahs, the townsfolk carry secrets like crosses-affairs hidden in prayer closets, guilt masked in scripture, and sins too heavy for Sunday confession. When a brutal murder rocks the community, panic spreads like wildfire.

Who would dare lay hands on a man of God?
Is it justice... or judgment?
And if Grimeswood is being cleansed-who's next?
