Demilia McAdams is a girl who dreams of becoming famous, she is young and vocally talented. When she tells her mom about her dreams, she gets into a fight with her and gets thrown out. From that point on, she is extremely motivated to pursue her career.
One night in 2001, at a karaoke bar with her best friend, Tiffany, she catches the eye, or rather the ear, of a certain rapper. He asks her to be on a track with the rapper he had taken under his wing, when she finds out she's been talking to Dr. Dre, she realises the rapper he was talking about was none other than Marshall Mathers.
