In the sleepy suburban town of Willow Creek, Minnesota, where the winter's bite hard and the summers feel fleeting, a group of kids that once ruled their cul-de-sac with scraped knees, sleepovers, and dreams bigger than their own town. Now it's the summer before their senior year. Through fate, nostalgia, and a few reckless decisions, Summer, Mila, Myah, Xavier, Kimora, Nathan, Zahkari, and Daehan all find themselves together once again, forced to face who they've become and who they used to be. As old crushes resurface and betrayals come to light, the group of teens come to realize that they still need each other.
