Mutating Organism Trait Host (MOTH) - refers to genetically mutated individuals with various inexplicable superhuman abilities. In the last surviving city, Sode, the MOTHs are seen as the number one threat to humanity's survival. Under the iron fist of President Mayi, all individuals with special abilities have been kept locked away from the light of day. But when the President's son is kidnapped by a group of rebels residing beyond the city walls, she turns to the same MOTHs she persecuted for his rescue. In return, the matriarch offers something undeniable: Freedom and a chance at ordinary life. Prisoner 916 is one of many high level mutants chosen for this mission. But she's weak, afraid, and burdened with a power that serves only to hide rather than to fight. Few survive beyond the city walls. Even less defy the desert-dwelling rebels and live to tell the tale. But if 916 is going to find her family again, she will have to defy that odds. Only one question remains. Will she do what it takes to get what she wants, or sacrifice her personal desires for the greater good of all the MOTHs left behind? Follow along the journey of 916 and her motley crew of mutants to find out.
