Mika Anders has a dream: to land a Software Engineering role at Mnx, one of the world's top tech companies, and relocate to Prague with his boyfriend. That dream comes true... except that on the very day he receives the long-awaited job offer, Mika discovers his boyfriend's betrayal.
Heartbroken, he starts a new job and life in a foreign country. But far from his family and friends, emotionally wrecked and longing for love, Mika hits rock bottom. That's when a helping hand reaches through the darkness: Aleksandr Nikolaevich Modolanov, his mentor and teammate, the very same person who showed his support during tough job interviews.
What starts with Aleksandr's simple offer: "Let me help you regain your smile," quickly blossoms into something neither of them expected.
