Taste Of Poison

Born of a snowy night, Mark losses his mother but gains a stepmother. However, his stepmother is more than she appears to be. She never seems to age and something about her is terribly wrong. When he finally uncovers his worst fears about her, she decides that he's better off dead. Forcing him to flee for his life into a world he's never known and into the arms of forbidden fruit. Which forces Mark to grapple with the taste of poison. For this new life is just as deadly as the life he can't leave behind.
