When a Chaos Emerald-powered experiment goes haywire, Sonic the Hedgehog is ripped from his world and thrown into a realm of wild magic, demons, and witches - the Boiling Isles. Now stuck without a way home, Sonic must navigate bizarre creatures, magical covens, and a talking owl house while trying to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds scattered across this strange new world.
But as ancient forces awaken and portals crack between realities, Sonic's speed may not be enough.
Can the fastest thing alive team up with a rebellious witch-in-training, a snarky demon, and an unpredictable Owl Lady to stop a multiverse catastrophe? Or will the chaos consume both their worlds?

Seeing as the boys are always fighting, Rouge, Sticks and Amy figure it would be a great time to sit back and relax. What better way to relax than staying at a resort for a few weeks? This series is an homage/parody of the video game franchise Sonic the Hedgehog. As such, it all takes place on an alternate Earth -- better known as Immobi. This wicked wild world is home to a variety of anthropomorphic animals, including two 19-year-olds in particular. There's the good-sported, itchy-footed, and quick-witted Umeme Cheetah. Then there's the cocky, carefree, and foolhardy Radi O. Peregrine. The two are best buds who not only share a brotherly bond, but a need for speed as well. Hence their names (translated in Swahili) these two Immobians wield the power of electrokinesis. Pretty self-explanatory, but they're able to generate high amounts of electricity within their bodies -- allowing them to perform various tricks and techniques. The most prominent being to run -- or in the latter's case, fly -- at around 270,000 mph; Literal lightning speed. With it, our duo races across the vast African continent, if not beyond, in search of thrill and danger. Be it open plains, dense jungles, scorching deserts, or etc. etc. -- these sparking speedsters will certainly be there in a flash. Throughout their adventures, Umeme and Radi will come across various characters -- both friend and foe alike. With their most frequent foes being monstrous entities known as Nightmares. Created from a currently anonymous source, each kind varies from shape and size -- yet shares a common goal to wreak total chaos. While these Nightmares are determined to do so wherever they go, both cheetah and peregrine are determined to stop them in their tracks. So don't blink -- 'cuz if you ever see two streaks speed by, you can bet one hell of a storm's a brewin'. [STORY STATUS /// SCRAPPED]

Third book in: Sonic Running. Exposing G.U.N may not have been such a good idea. When two new, time traveling, heroes appear with dire news, it seems defeating G.U.N may have been a mistake. A bigger evil is on its way. What's more, when a dog by the name of Cliff informs Sonic and friends about something called the 'Chaos Emeralds', it becomes deadly apparent this new evil is somehow connected. In a race against Eggman and Time itself, the heroes journey across the world to find these brilliant jewels. Little do they know, this evil lives within the Fastest Thing Alive. After all, Sonic's tipped the first domino and it was the kind of race even he couldn't outrun.
