[THIS PROJECT IS NOT DEAD, JUST RESTING]

Beneath the surface of a dead world, the last fragments of Pre-Fall civilization rots in the dark.

Deep in the bowels of Haven, a vast subterranean city in its death throes, Genevieve Rook works as an engineer, patching up what still functions and keeping her head down. Her job is to keep the lights on. She knows better than to ask questions.

But after a mineshaft collapses under mysterious circumstances, Gen is forced to break her own rules and face dangerous possibilities.

Her sister Kit; reckless, intuitive, and emotional in ways Gen doesn't understand, claims to be receiving strange messages over static from the world they've been told no longer exists.

The power grid's failing.

The protest crowds are swelling.

And something even more sinister creeps ever closer to them.
