Narnia is fading, slowly and silently. The sea has been forgotten, and the rightful kings are ghosts in a land ruled by silence and fear.

When a dark-sailed ship cuts through the western mist, rumours stir of a pirate who bows to no crown-Telmarine or otherwise. Edmund Pevensie, once a king and now only the shadow of one, watches the tides shift with unease. The land may not remember him, but something out there sure does.
He had learned to live in silence.
She arrived like a storm.

Edmund, forged in stillness and memory, had made peace with the quiet unravelling of a kingdom. But the woman who stepped from the sea carried chaos in her wake-salt, steel, and something far older than war.

Narnia no longer knew their names.
But the old magic did.
And not all shadows are cast by monsters; some are cast by men.

Narnia is not at peace. It never was.
