At Noryoku High, there is a secret class, a class called Class Zero. Each student in this class has a superpower, called an emanation, a super rare power that only the gifted can earn. But, no one except for the people who have the power know about it. So, the whole class has to keep the power a secret to prevent disaster. To help cover up the class better, the gifted students along with the powerless students go to the same school.
