Its never actually explained why mk's clones are sentient.But they are so the world's just gonna have to deal with that.Porty took one long look at the battlefield where Og and the other clones are desperately trying to get an upper hand against the villain of the week and decides.

And proceeds to steal a bus.

Or

Porty decides that the world isn't his problem, steals a double decker bus from sandy. (Let's just say he has one) And runs off into the world.

If he accidentally starts a party cult while drunk then thats his problem it can't be that hard to care for a bunch of party lovers. Who ever said it's tough to be a god?
