Stiles doesn't have many friends besides Scott, Isaac, Derek, Lydia, and a few others.
But lately most of them have been busy with their own lives or supernatural stuff, to busy to talk to Stiles at least.
Since Derek and Scott have been training to take on the Alpha pack no one is around to protect Stiles. Kids at school use this time to harass and bully him. Stiles doesn't want to bother his friends though so instead he does something worse he cuts..
