Just like usual day our Shikikan always encounter various Nikkes with their uhh... "Charms", and now he get to meet one of the keepers of Library in the park after Ingrid told him to take care of some books that so called "Classified knowledge".
From first time meet until they get to path of something they never realize it grows bit by bit as they keep being together.
Who knows this long tiring journey with extra migraine the Commander suffer whenever he has to spend time with Phantom, will bring him to some truths that never published even no one ever know in humanity last stand.
