Kim Seungmin has always loved music.

It's been the only constant in his turbulent life. Between his college classes and part-time job, it's almost impossible for him to breathe. Above all, he still holds on to his dream of becoming a musician and finds the time to perform at small shops whenever he has the chance. After all, singing is one of the only things that brings him happiness. But after having a chance encounter with an ex-friend turned international K-Pop icon during one of his work shifts, Seungmin will soon discover the steep price that comes with being a part of the music industry.

But over time, that love has turned into resentment because of the immense pressure he faces from his agency and his fans. Now he never feels satisfied with anything he produces; that spark he once had for making music disappeared when he realized the consequences that came with fame. The one thing that brought him happiness now only brings him pain. But after a chance encounter with an old friend who still has his passion for music, Chan just might rediscover a love he once thought was lost, while also saving someone from the same fate he was subjected to.
