Fleamont Lilian Potter was betrayed at the age of 19 by his brother, sister, Albus Dumbledore, and his best friends, including his girlfriend Ginny Weasley. After being hurt so much, Fleamont went into the Forbidden Forest and sacrificed himself to save the world. He destroyed the seventh and final Horcrux that Lord Voldemort had created. It was in him. Then he fulfilled his destiny by defeating the Dark Lord. Because he could not handle the fact that nearly everyone he'd ever trusted had betrayed him, he took his own life by slitting his wrists in front of everybody who had hurt him. As he lay there on the ground dying, he called out to several people: his brother Henry (Harry or Hen) Potter, his arch enemy Draco Malfoy, the still living Weasley triplets George & Hades, who were two of his closest and most loyal friends, and the last person he ever thought would betray him, Hermione Granger. The five of them gathered around George, grabbed Fleamont's head, and rested it on his lap, running their fingers through Fleamont's hair. Meanwhile, Harry and Hermione each grabbed one of his hands. Hayden sang softly to him, and Draco tried desperately to stop the blood. Fleamont soon passed away; his friends held a moment of silence, during which each made a wish. If they could have a redo and save their friend from this fate, they would even if it meant giving their own lives. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join Draco, George, Hermione, Hades, Harry, and a few of their other friends as they go back and redo their lives over again, but this time with the knowledge of what will happen in the future. Breaking From his Shackles (Discontinue and being Rewrittened)
The summer before the third year happens differently for Harry. The Harry that returns to Hogwarts is not the same one who left. Harry decides to make some changes in his life. As days turn to weeks and weeks turn to months the Harry everyone knew had vanished replaced by the true Harry that had been hidden away years ago. With the change in Harry, things happen differently than in canon. When Hermione had gotten Harry's firebolt confiscated, Harry did not get angry because he knew that Hermione was more important to him than any broom. As usual, Ron overacts at Hermione's decision to go to McGonagall about it and he gets mad at Harry for forgiving her. This incident causes a rift in their friendship because of their fight. With Ron not talking to them, both Hermione and Harry get closer to other befriending many new friends. How will Dumbledore handle being no longer willing to be controlled, manipulated, hide his true self, and act how everyone expects? What all will change now that Harry decides to take back the reigns and get control over his own life? How will the wizarding world handle their new boy who lived?
