Nine Lives, None Mine

A book about a young boy named Tarou who was sold to human experiments at the age of eight years old. There he'd meet new friends and go trough hell in the labs. Once he reached fifteen years of his life the doctors transformed him into half cat half boy. Till he woukd turn twenty he lived in cages and experienced his lover being taken from him. He manages to run away from the labs with smart plan and little help. Tarou finds himself in the city he never seen and to his unluck first person he runs into would be an assassin.
