౨ৎ | rob rausch , love island season six

❝My heart is heavy now, it's like a hundred pounds
It's falling faster than the way you love to shut me down
I think I need a shower, my friends are taking shots
You think it's happy hour, for me it's not❞

ALL SHE EVER WANTED WAS LOVE.
Daisy Grace Rosewood was a lover girl by heart, she wanted the kind of love someone experiences in those picture-perfect movies, but it was so desperately hard to find. She had never even had a boyfriend before, perhaps it was the reason every guy she met wanted something different than what she wanted. Now here she was, flying out to Fiji in the hopes of finding her dream man.

After: Jang Hae-Won, or as she likes to be called, Daisy is lost. She has writer's block that she doesn't know how to fix and a broken heart that she prefers to ignore. When her agent suggests a writer's retreat in a small town she knows better than to complain. Little does she know what awaits her. Lee Minho is tired of always being on the move. It's been seven years since he's had a permanent address and now he just wants peace. So when his friends decide to get married in a small quaint town, he's excited to just unwind and think about what he actually wants in life. Seven years ago: One short film. Three friends. One bet. What can go wrong? For as long as Daisy can remember she has always wanted to be a writer. When her best friend Hyunjin decides to make a short film for the Seoul Film Festival, she knows she has to write the story. The only problem? They don't have an actor. When Minho bets her that he will shoot the movie with them, the catch is that Daisy owes him a favour she knows better than to refuse. It doesn't matter that Minho drives her up the wall, or flirts with their lead actress. She's more than happy to ignore his existence apart from when he's filming or accidentally flirting with her. When the two meet up seven years later, there's so much history between them, that Daisy doesn't know what to do. She knows she has to keep her guard up. But suddenly they're running into each other all the time. And Daisy is having a hard time thinking straight. Not when he's looking at her from across the room or intertwining their fingers when they're drunk. She doesn't want to get her heart broken again but when it comes to Minho she's never had much control over it anyways.

Stepping into the Love Island villa as a bombshell feels like walking into a movie that's already halfway through-everyone knows their lines, and you're the plot twist no one saw coming. The sun hits your skin just right as the doors swing open, that slow, dramatic track playing while eyes widen and whispers ripple through the crowd. Every heartbeat feels like a drum in your chest. You're not nervous-you're electric. Every camera follows the curve of your smile, the sway of your walk. You can almost taste the tension in the air, thick and sweet, like temptation itself. Couples cling to each other just a little tighter. Eyes dart. Someone's jaw tightens. Another smirks, trying not to look impressed. But they all know it-you didn't come to blend in. You came to disrupt. When you finally stand before them, your gaze scans the room. You're deciding, calculating. Who's playing it safe? Who's got the chemistry worth stealing? Your voice slices through the silence-smooth, confident, dangerous. "I'm here to find something real... even if it means breaking a few hearts." And that's how it starts. You, the bombshell-the fire dropped into paradise. One look, one flirt, one kiss could change everything. Because in the villa, love is never simple... and neither are you.
