In the city of Neoterra, Kurokage Mikazuki (known as The Black Cresent) flys down the street on his motorcycle hunting monsters called The Hushed. He fights with no help, no witnesses. Just a scythe and pure will to avenge his friend. But before this there was happiness. He would always hangout with Renji. He was like the older brother he never had. They would go everywhere together until only one came back. On the night of Renjis death Kurakage watched a menacing monster rip Renji to shreds. Renji sacrificed himself to save him. After that he got a motorcycle with something unique about it. He fought the Hushed and became known as The Black Crescent.

"You're gonna get stabbed one of these days, seriously." I used to just laugh off my friends' warnings. Blessed with a silver tongue, I'd toyed with countless women since I was a child, and my college days were spent cycling through dozens of them. I was that kind of womanizing scumbag, and I genuinely believed there was no way I'd ever get stabbed in a law-abiding country like Japan. ...That is, until the night an ex-girlfriend I'd carelessly tossed aside stabbed me in the back. As my consciousness faded, I remembered my grandmother's words, "Everything you do comes back to you," and I died regretting my own foolishness.
