Fred Weasley was destined to die during the battle of Hogwarts. He'd made peace with it, expected it even. It was a cruel twist of fate that he'd predicted himself before the battle had even begun. Until his twin brother's wife gave him another lease of life and he had intended to grab it with both hands...for the most part.
Love however? Out of the question. Fred Weasley expected death to return for a debt that was never paid and he refused to let another love him and grieve him in a way no one should.
