A word that could describe how Khalyssa Qisrina feels now was 'stress'. Yeah, stress. How come she have to deal with such an annoying 'enemy'?
Hazeem Mikhael clear his throat. He crouched down so that his eyes are same level with Khalyssa Qisrina.
"What's on your mind hm?" he tilted his head a bit to the right while maintaining eyes contact.
"You ask me what's on my mind? You want honest answer or a lie one?" she said with almost avoidance tone.
"Of course the honest one," he replied, still patiently waiting for her to answer his question.
"On my mind right now was why i've to deal with you? why you always near me? why you suddenly meet my parents and confess to them that you love me?" she looked really confused while he just stare at her with those eyes.
"Why? Because I already love you since day one. I already fall in love with you after mommy always yapping about you. I already fall in love with you when you think we're enemy. I already fall in love with you even though I act like I don't even like you," he replied calmly and still maintaining their eyes contact.
He looked deeply into her eyes then, he straightened up. He looked down at her.
"I'm not the one who good with words of affirmation but I always good at act of service, see you later, my future wife," that was the last sentence before he went inside the house for joining his and her family at the living room.
