Word has spread around the States that the rouges and hunters are coming with destruction at their wake.
The nightmares of the werewolves come true as both of their enemies team up and destroy the packs one by one.
The number of members in a pack increase when more and more survivors are taken in.
The Night Shadow pack is the often pack the survivors go to, they are one of the two strongest packs in the States, but even they needed help. They called in a professional to aid them but the person who was hired wasn't who the alpha was expecting. She was his mate. With war threatening to happen at any moment, the alpha and his pack are forced to move on with the visitor.
Mysteries rise as he finds out more and more about his mate's past. What's more, there is something out there, trying to kill anyone it gets its hands on. It does not choose- it simply kills. Some have seen it, however, not everyone lives to tell the tale.
War is on the horizon, and it's not looking good.
