This new world of robots and flying cars does not scare her but fascinates her as she learns to adept and survive. Her nightmares give her some clues of her past but for every mystery she unlocks a new one appears. Oddly she encounters people that know her and can answer all her question. What if your dreams weren't just dreams, but a second life you live every night? Be warned: what you read here could change the way you sleep forever. NOCTUARY is the logbook of that parallel life. It is not a collection of fantasies, but the raw-and at times terrifying-narrative of a soul that leaves its body each night to venture into the world. These are inexplicable chronicles of dreams: experiences in real places, with real people, and the strange ability to return to bed at will. But the return is never complete. The border between worlds is permeable, and something always seeps through. Each awakening is a race against forgetting: to decipher the last night's revelation or warning, to understand how it's possible to return not just with memories, but with proof. Sometimes, it's with a bit of real dust on your feet. These stories immerse you in a reality where the rules are broken and the questions become unsettling: What is consciousness when it can leave the body? And what is the real world when you can bring back fragments from another? After reading this, you will never sleep the same way again.

The infinite cosmos holds unimaginable secrets of wormholes, time travel, dimensions, and Realms. Two Realms locked in a war that has gone on longer than humans have existed in the dimensions beyond the third. The One Between struggles between the two wars as it faces unimaginable challenges in The Realm of No Light and as a human on Earth. A war in Earth's future where humans make allies and enemies with aliens for the goal of humanity's survival. Their mission is to find a solution to help end the future human war and The War against the Beings of No Light. The Vessel will allow them to understand what it means to be a human in Earth's past. They observe the planet and study its inhabitants throughout their evolutionary development. With its Mentor, it learns and witness the beauty and atrocities of Earth. It carries with them the burden of The Final Judgement. Meanwhile, in another dimension, they are faced with the Chaos in The Realm of No Light. In order to find peace among its brethren, they must live among the darkness and embrace the chaos through pain. The One Between makes a Pact with its brother The Lord of No Light, to learn secrets unspoken and find answers to questions unanswered for eons. Is there a God among all this chaos? During this painful journey, the Knowledge The One Between seeks may be the answer but, how much Knowledge can be gained without destroying one's mind? Will the chaos from The Realm of No Light and their brother, destroy their Light and evolve them into a monster they fear-a Being of Chaos? The One Between is willing to sacrifice everything, even its identity, to find what it's looking for and a solution to end the wars. Can humanity evolve from its own destruction? Is Knowledge worth one's sanity? What does it truly mean to be 'human'? The Final Judgement weighs on its conscience. When a disillusioned young man meets a stranger in his dreams, he discovers that the world behind sleep is real - and dangerous. A man who lives in self-dejection and daydreams of the grandeur of being a successful writer, Bartholomew struggles with self-acceptance and all the pangs of existence. One night, his consciousness descends into the dreamworld, allowing him to experience his dreams as one would in reality. But when Inoue, a fellow Dreamshaper, explains his latent abilities, he finds out about the wildness the unconscious world holds and its mental and metaphysical effects. Inoue spontaneously decides to mentor him, introducing him to Mind Eaters - creatures born from the amalgamation of repressed trauma, encompassing stress and griping depression - and the community that exists for their kind. During this, their relationship blooms and they develop romantic feelings for one another. With his newfound powers and friends, Bartholomew slowly finds the strength and drive to come out of his shell and progress his writing journey - but this is derailed when he encounters a Dreamshaper who uses his abilities to cause harm, as well as old acquaintances that were splinters of pain he hadn't been able to remove. Bartholomew must prevail over cynicism and be bold enough to face his inner monsters before they consume him.Complete
