Some connections don't fit in theories or logic. or the timing we thought we had.

Ivonie was the type of person who analyze everything, why people left, why they stayed, why some people never learned how to treat and love properly. As a psychology student, she could label every emotion but didn't know how to feel them without overthinking.

Aiden was the type of person who keep quiet in everything, an IT student who made sense of systems, not people. His world was built on patterns, codes, and the safety of logic. And feelings were the kind of bugs he never learned how to debug.

They were from different faculties, majors to be exact. They have different ways of thinking. Different ways of surviving.

But maybe the mind doesn't always follow the rules. And maybe some connections, no matter how improbable it is defy the need to be explained.

This isn't about love at first sight. It's about the quiet unraveling of two people who weren't looking for each other, but found understanding in the same silence.

Because in the end, they couldn't explain it either.

Damien, an average and unassuming student, walked the halls of his school like a ghost-present, but invisible. He wasn't the top of the class, nor the bottom. He didn't draw attention, and he liked it that way. Blending in gave him space. Space to watch. Space to observe. Because while the world barely noticed Damien, he noticed her. Annette. She was the only ripple in the still water of his quiet life. There was something about her-something undeniable. She was elegance wrapped in confidence, untouchable but painfully real. And to Damien, she was more than a girl. She was an obsession. A purpose. Around others, Damien maintained the perfect illusion. Calm. Collected. Just another face in the crowd. But when it came to Annette, that illusion cracked. His quiet demeanor masked something darker-something sharp. Possessive. Dominant. It wasn't just that he liked her. It wasn't even that he wanted her. He needed her. As if the universe had carved her from the very core of what he lacked. He watched her like a predator stalks prey-not out of malice, but with a deep, feral instinct to claim. He noticed everything. The rhythm of her footsteps. The tilt of her head when she was lost in thought. Every person she talked to, smiled at, laughed with. And deep inside, something twisted every time she gave her attention to anyone who wasn't him. No one suspected. How could they? Damien was forgettable by design. But behind that forgettable smile was a mind carefully weaving a future where Annette belonged to him-wholly, unquestioningly. In his thoughts, there was no version of her life that didn't revolve around him. Every passing day without her acknowledgment was a glitch in the reality he was building. He didn't just want to be close to her. He wanted to own her heart. Her mind. Her choices. Not in a way she would resist-but in a way she'd learn to love. He'd make sure of it. After all, love was just another form of control when done right.

"I am the textbook definition of in love with you." *** Jazz Red has had a life full of love; his parents taught him how to value himself, his siblings taught him how to stand up for what he believed in, and his family has taught him what it means to matter to people. He has people in his corner, there for him and ready to have his back. He knows that there are people who are less lucky than him-- with unaccepting parents and cruel siblings and a harsh past. He knows that when things go wrong, sometimes people are alone. Sometimes they fall apart, and there's no one else there to catch their shattered pieces. But he isn't one of them. He has friends and family that love him. So why does he want more? Why does he-- even with all the joy his family gives him-- want a different type of love? He feels selfish, undeserving. Why did he have to feel so bad about being alone when he was surrounded by people who appreciated him? Why did he have to want, why did desire never leave him alone? Well, he finds out when he meets Castor Rex, a quiet and extremely interesting football player, and that empty part in Jazz's heart feels a little bit bigger when he starts to realize Cas could fill it. Cas sees him as a grinning, happy dork he has no chance with. Jazz sees him as a adorable, grumpy jock that now, is his. Castor wants to get through the school year as quietly as possible but with how loud Jazz loves, neither of them know if it's possible, and to make matters worse they're roommates for the rest of the year. It's only a matter of time before they come together or fall apart. *** Red's Series #4. Crossover to @whoscountinganyways User Series. Can be read as a stand alone.

"Loving you is exhausting and hard. Give me a freaking break." he said. "Then why are you still here?", she whispered with a pale and trembling voice, holding back the tears that were willing to fall down her cheeks. Laura never wanted to fall in love with someone she couldn't touch - someone who only existed behind a screen, a voice borne by time zones and poor connections. But Evan made distance seem hazardous. He made every silence burn. "You could've stopped talking to me." she said to him once. "I tried," he said. "You just wouldn't leave my fucking head." Somewhere in between their late-night phone calls and the words they never spoke, something real started to take shape - delicate, wrong, and beautiful. But love such as theirs was going to shatter. It was constructed on waiting, on jealousy, on all the things they couldn't have. And maybe that's the cruelest kind of love - the kind that feels infinite, but ends the moment you wake up. Until Aiden walked in - the man who was real, present, and everything Evan couldn't be. Aman who had actually been beside her even when she broke his heart, even when she drifted away to chase someone who made her heart ache in ways she never imagined. "He doesn't deserve you. please wake up Lau." Aiden told her. "Then why does it still feel like he's the one?" she whispered. "You're crazy." Somewhere between what she wanted and what she needed, Laura lost control. Between time zones and heartbreak, between messages and memories, something between them had shattered. Because sometimes, love doesn't ask you to choose between two people - it asks you to choose which part of yourself you're willing to destroy.

One moment, Avery was the author. The next... she woke up inside her own novel. Her characters are alive. Her plot is wrong. And Aiden-the man she wrote to break hearts- is looking at her like she's his. The scariest part? She's no longer the one holding the pen. Every page pulls her deeper, every twist makes her question who's really writing the story-her, or something else entirely. And somewhere between fiction and reality, she'll have to decide... does she want to escape this world? Or rewrite it forever?
