Blood moon

Lucy loses her family in a horrible supernatural event and is saved by her best friends family, the Carien's. Lucy starts realizing that she loves her best friend, Brandon but his father Justin will not allow them to marry. Brandon is betrothed to another woman on his 17th birthday leaving Lucy alone. James a worker from the village takes a deep interest in Lucy but she is afraid of what he is capable of, to let him to close to her. What she doesn't know is the James has his own abilities and some of them start to scare Lucy, but they give her the thrill she missed so much from her past with Brandon. It's hard to pull away from something you love until its ripped from you.
