20 years after Sailor Stars, Usagi and the girls are in their 30s - but Crystal Tokyo is not the utopia it promised to be, and the sailor senshi are not as relevant in this new reality as they had imagined.

Far away, the Starlights have disbanded; Seiya has joined the Cosmos Force, patrolling the universe to protect worlds in need.

An insidious evil appears to be rising on Earth, seemingly aided by modern technology. But the men who rule the Earth seem more concerned with selling off Earth's resources to alien buyers.
The sailor senshi will need to support each other to rediscover their power, their friendship and their worth. Usagi and Seiya will meet again - as adults.

Each chapter is built around one tarot card + one or more musical works (often Muse).
