Hitoshi Shinso was a regular, sleepy depressed orphan. He had no parents but he wasn't sad about it. He had finally got into the hero course, earlier than expected, all thanks to his mentor. Finding out you can see your mentor's dead best friend is trying to reach for the living again, or even to be seen by the rest of the living, and knowing that there is a way can be surprising for most. Shinso is a responsible man, enough to know he should tell someone, but this could be the special 'thank you' he owes. But would he slowly distance himself from the people who truly care?
