Lucy joined the Army at 17. She was in the army for 11 years, on year 5 she become a St., on year 9 she become a Lt., she left because she stared feeling like the job was too easy. After she left the Army she joined the police academy 6 months later she is going to the same station as her twin brother. She has a twin brother both are 29 years old. Her twin brother's name is Matthew Chen, he is a T.O at mind willsher. He is also best friends with Tim Bradford. Tim Bradford is also a T.O . Matthew will be training Jackson, yes Lopez is still in this story but she is already a detective.
