A Melody of Broken Hearts are pieces from my notebook that I am brave enough to share. Torn Apart
Melody was told at a young age to keep a journal. It was to help her to cope. She had trouble expressing herself and the counselor said that this could help. So she did. Over the years, she would get out her little book whenever she felt like she couldn't express herself to those around her. She knew she could always write it down. She has never shown her journal to anyone, worried she will be judged and criticised. Now an adult she still to this day writes in her book whenever she feels like she is about to explode. #JustWriteIt #TrueStory *WARNING* This book will contain explicit language.Complete
Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them. existential crisis: wellness and health
-> for the ones who are hurt, heartbroken, overthinking, overwhelmed, and feel like they're slowly suffocating: -> for the ones who are deeply madly in love, are terribly obsessed, and or in a state of unrequitedness: -> for the ones who are self serving, self loving, and are seeking pleasure all the same... "I hope you find the comfort you are looking for"
To Be Broken
What does it mean to be broken? (I wrote this poem myself) ______________________________ Why be sad? When no one knows how bad You feel your Pain makes you sore. Why be mad? When no one can tell How hard you fell How it hurts MORE than a tad. Why be happy? Be like all those sappy People pretending to be What they want you to see. Why be frightened? Senses heightened Screaming, As sick people are beaming. Why be tired? When no one knows How your wired How you grow. Why be honest? When all known is a broken promise When no one believes you Even if what you say is true. Why hurt? When no one feels your pain When no one's ever alert When you never feel sane. Why pretend? When you know in the end No one will be there Because no one cares. Why care? When no one cares enough for you To know what your going through They think your heart is unfair. Why try? When no one sees that you do They just pry Thinking they know more than you. Why speak? When no one will ever hear They'll say you're a freak They don't see a single tear. Why do anything at all? It's not like anyone will see If you fall If you scream. ____________________________________ "Just admit it Winter. After the whole accident....your broken." "No...No that's where your wrong. His Second Wife
"You are nothing but a liability for me and for my child a caretaker. Remember this till your last breath". Hearing this she sat on the ground and burst into tears. He left from there breaking someone's heart and soul into pieces.

One Thousand Tears
I've tried to release this pain in so many different ways; But writing about you seems to be one of my faves. I don't understand how I find closure When I know it only lasts until the poem is over. Somehow it feels like some sort of imaginary relief to my reality. As if, the pain I feel only exists until the words are free. I know how crazy it may seem Because the heartbreak will always be there; And I will never un-feel what you've done to me.Complete
