Promises are meant to be broken, as most argue.

They believe that these are social constructs that are usually used to pacify, or make somebody feel good at the moment. That more often than not, it aims to solve the most proximate problem with its power to ensure.

At least, that's what I believed...

Pero habang tumatagal, my understanding of what a promise is has changed. I realized that regardless if it's broken or not, there's something within it that you can't break.

The feeling and determination you had when you first made the promise. It proves that at a certain point in time, your promise was genuine.

It just so happens that fate has a different plan for you. And sometimes, it makes people break their promises.
