Definition:
(Hanahaki *ha-na-ha-ki* is if you suppress your undying feelings long enough, your favorite flowers will grow in your lungs, it's only curable by admitting your feelings to your crush, and they reciprocate your feelings. If it's not cured in time, or if they don't like you back... You will slowly suffocate. Once you die, your favorite flower will bloom out of your chest.)

Junhui does indeed cough up the blue primrose petals from time to time, Joshua's favourite kind. They suddenly stop by the time he had started coughing up the individual petals of 3-4 Primroses.
